Current Exhibition
Paris, France


	Artifice depicts scenes of dynamic relationships between figural characters. Drawing from architecture, theater, and the human form, each piece captures complex intentions. The narrative invites viewers' own interpretation of the movements of the characters and space they occupy. 
Featuring a diverse range of styles and techniques these abstract works reflect back our contemporary world of tension, movement, and connection. From the intimate moments between two figures to the frenzied energy of a crowded scene, the show leads viewers to contemplate their own inner duality. 
Rich tones inspired by Baroque masterworks set the backdrop for evolving intensity between characters, whose dialogue exists in the nuance between drawn boundaries. The contrast between drawing and painting emphasizes spirited gestures through precarious compositions, unifying the reading of rival figures.

	Through mixed media, the paintings play out relationships between a cast of psychodramatic characters represented as dynamic figures. Each scene is constructed using composite geometries and fundamental elements of Point, Line, Plane, and Volume.
Neutral tones set the backdrop for evolving intensity between characters, whose dialogue exists in the nuance between the drawn boundaries of each piece.

	This series explores the layering of figural relationships and implied objects through tension and disequilibrium. The combination of drawing and painting seeks to emphasize volumetric associations, weight, and gesture using precarious compositions and deviations between the two mediums.

	Artifice
	Artifice depicts scenes of dynamic relationships between figural characters. Drawing from architecture, theater, and the human form, each piece captures complex intentions. The narrative invites viewers' own interpretation of the movements of the characters and space they occupy. Featuring a diverse range of styles and techniques these abstract works reflect back our contemporary world of tension, movement, and connection. From the intimate moments between two figures to the frenzied energy of a crowded scene, the show leads viewers to contemplate their own inner duality. Rich tones inspired by Baroque masterworks set the backdrop for evolving intensity between characters, whose dialogue exists in the nuance between drawn boundaries. The contrast between drawing and painting emphasizes spirited gestures through precarious compositions, unifying the reading of rival figures.&#38;nbsp;

The contrast between drawing and painting seeks to emphasize spirited gestures using precarious compositions and deviations from a monochromatic palette, unifying the reading of disparate figures in each scene.&#38;nbsp;

	Perfume Masses


	The work explores the layering of figural relationships and implied objects that facilitate spatial mappings that challenge boundaries. The ambient objects and lingering lines rely on layers of vague boundaries within a rectangular mass. The implied figures relate to adjacent conditions through texture, erasure and disjointed articulation. The combination of drawing and painting seeks to emphasize volumetric associations, weight, and gesture through tension, disequilibrium, and deviations between the two mediums. The media used in the work is varied and is not applied in a codified manner across the pieces. Concrete, marble dust, sand, powdered pigment, charcoal, oil pastel, paper, and acrylics are implemented as additional tools for thinking and establishing a visual context of a more nuanced dialogue between layers of defined and undefined form.
